- I am attending the Fall Festival Event on October 4th from 6-9 pm and I hereby agree to the following:
-I understand that participating in physical activities such as playing games, climbing on an inflatable obstacle course, making crafts, dancing, participating in roasting s’mores, and standing close to a bonfire involve certain inherent risks and I voluntarily participate in these activities with this understanding and accept the inherent risks of property damage and personal injury.
-I hereby release the organizers of the Fall Festival and host facility from all liability for any damages and injuries resulting from Fall Festival activities.
-I agree to treat other Fall Festival participants, adult volunteers and the host facility with respect.
-I agree to stay on the property, either outdoors or indoors during the Fall Festival until the person responsible for my transportation is present.
-I understand that I may be photographed and I grant permission to use and publish my likeness without restrictions.
